Dr. Pham will be seeing patients at our Los Altos office Tuesday through Thursday to continue providing care through the end of the year. If you have an existing appointment at our Cupertino office, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at one of our sister locations. While these offices are not in-network with any insurance providers, we will continue to submit claims on your behalf and honor all financial agreements through the end of the year.
