Dr. Scott Oh
Dr. Scott Oh is a compassionate provider whose practice philosophy merges art with medicine to craft healthy, radiant smiles that inspire confidence and promote oral health for his patients. Dr. John Van
Dr. John Van is a compassionate and highly respected leader in cosmetic and implant dentistry, with nearly two decades of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant smiles that inspire confidence. His practice philosophy merges art with science, blending advanced skills in IV sedation, aesthetic treatments, and implant procedures to provide exceptional, comfortable care tailored to each individual. His expertise includes smile makeovers, implant reconstruction, full mouth rehabilitation, Invisalign®, and Zoom! whitening.
A Bay Area native, Dr. Van earned a full academic scholarship to UCLA, where he received his B.S. in Psychobiology. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

Dr. Brian Mills
With over 44 years of experience, Dr. Brian C. Mills brings a deep commitment to precision, advanced training, and compassionate care to his patients at Peninsula Center of Cosmetic Dentistry in Mountain View, CA. His career has been defined by a passion for solving complex dental problems—particularly those involving TMJ disorders, occlusion, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Mills earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 1980, after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Santa Clara. He pursued a General Practice Residency at Ft. Irwin Hospital and went on to complete two advanced mini-residencies: a two-year program through FACE focused on TMD and occlusion, and a three-year program with the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry, where he now serves as core faculty.
Our Insurance Approach
As a fee-for-service practice, we do not accept insurance at our Mountain View office. However, we believe in making high-quality dental care accessible to all. That's why we offer several third-party financing options to help you manage the cost of treatment comfortably. Our team is happy to guide you through these convenient payment solutions. While we don't accept insurance, as a courtesy we will submit a claim to your insurance company asking them to reimburse you.
